DFM Software LLC ("DFM Software") provides a platform ("Text My Wedding") for users to send SMS (text messages) to guests of their wedding. This privacy policy explains how DFM Software collects, uses, and discloses information when visitors ("visitors", "you", "your", "users") use our website, platform, and other online products and services ("Services") that link to this policy. This policy does not apply to information our clients import into our Services such as email addresses of their customers or contacts ("Contact Data"). We may change this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make changes, we will notify you by revising the date at the top of this policy. Information We Collect

Information You Provide to Us
We collect information you provide directly to us. For example, we collect information when you create an account, participate in interactive features of the Services, fill out a form, make a purchase, communicate with us via any third party social media sites, use our platform, or otherwise communicate with us. When You Visit Our Websites
You are free to explore the Websites without providing any Personal Information about yourself. When you visit the Websites or register for the Subscription Service, we request that you provide Personal Information about yourself, and we collect Navigational Information.

Personal Information
We collect personal information from you when you submit web forms or interact with our Website, for example subscribing to a DFM Software blog, signing up for a webinar, or requesting customer support. We also collect personal information when you sign up for a Text My Wedding account. "Personal Information" refers to any information that identifies you personally, including contact information, such as your name, e-mail address, company name, address, phone number, and other information about yourself or your business. Personal Information can also include information about any transactions, both free and paid, that you enter into on the Websites, and information about you that is available on the internet, such as from Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and Google, or information that we acquire from service providers. Personal Information includes Navigational Information or Payment Information where such information can directly or indirectly identify an individual. Navigational information refers to information about your computer and your visits to the Websites such as your IP address, geographical location, browser type, referral source, length of visit and pages viewed. Payment information includes information we collect and process from you when you subscribe to the Subscription Service, including credit card numbers and billing information, using third party PCI-compliant service providers. Except for this, we do not collect other Sensitive Information from you.

Log Files
We log information about your use of the Services, including the type of browser you use, access times, pages viewed, your IP address, your general location and the page you visited before navigating to our Services.

Informaton We Collect From Third Parties
We may also obtain information from other sources and combine that with information we collect through our Services. For example, we may collect information about you from third parties, including but not limited to social media sites, data enrichment providers and publicly available sources. Additionally, if you create or log into your account through a third-party site, we may have access to certain information from that site, which could include information such as your name, account information, and other information you make available, in accordance with the authorization procedures determined by such third-party site.

Information About Children

DFM Software will retain information about you only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy or as described to you, including for as long as your account is active (i.e., for the lifetime of your DFM Software account), or as needed to provide the Services to you. If you no longer want DFM Software to use information about you to provide the Services to you, you may cancel your account. DFM Software will retain and use such information to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations (for example, if we are required to retain your information to comply with applicable tax/revenue laws or to demonstrate our compliance with applicable laws governing our interaction with you), resolve disputes and enforce our agreements. We also retain log files for internal analysis purposes. These log files are generally retained for a limited period of time, except in cases where they are used for the safety and security of the Services, to improve functionality of the Services or we are legally obligated to retain them for longer time periods.

Service Providers

Navagational Information Collected By Our Customers
Our customers can use the tools we provide, as well as tools provided by third parties, to collect Navigational Information when you visit their webpages on the Services. DFM Software does not control our customers' use of these tools, nor do we control the information they collect or how they use it.

Third Party Tracking Technologies
The use of cookies and web beacons by any tracking utility company is not covered by our Privacy Policy or Cookie Policy.

How to Access and Control Your Personal Data

Reviewing, Correcting and Removing Your Personal Information
You have the following data protection rights: You can request access, correction, updates or deletion of your personal information. You can object to processing of your personal information, ask us to restrict processing of your personal information or request portability of your personal information. Third Party Payment Processor
We use a 3rd party payment processor to process payments for the Services. We do not retain any personally identifiable financial information such as credit card numbers. All information is directly provided to our third party processor Stripe.
