- Text out-of-town guests only. Locals don't need the hotel block.
- Put every hotel, booking code, and rental option on one Attachment Page instead of a long text.
- Schedule the deadline reminder for a week before the block closes.

Can I send hotel details only to out-of-town guests?
Yes. Make an Out-of-town guests group and choose it under Send to. Everyone else stays out of it.
Can I share several hotels in one text?
Yes. Create an Attachment Page with links, files, and notes for each option, and put its one link in the text.
Can each guest's text name their hotel?
Yes. Add a custom property like Hotel to your guests, and Personalize fills in each guest's value when the message sends.
Do guests need to download an app?
No. Guests get a normal text message from your event's number. Links open in their phone's browser, with no account or password.
What do guests see the first time you text them?
Just before your first message, each guest gets a one-time notice that they'll receive texts for your wedding, with HELP and STOP instructions. Your message follows right after.
How much does it cost?
Each text to each guest uses one message from your plan, and replies from guests are free. Plans are one-time purchases starting at $19 for 50 messages, and every account starts free.
