How many weddings can I run at the same time?
Active events are unlimited. What you budget is texts, not weddings, so you can add every couple you are working with and allocate messages to each one as their sends get close.
What happens if a wedding needs more texts than I allocated?
Allocate more to that event from your planner pool. If the pool itself is running low, you can add 1,000 more texts for $30 and allocate from the same pool.
Can I move texts between weddings?
Yes. Unused allocations move back to your planner pool, and from there you can allocate them to any other event on your account.
Do unused texts carry over to next year?
Messages expire if the annual plan is not extended. Keeping the subscription active is what keeps the pool available.
Can guests reply, and can they send photos?
Yes. Every wedding under the planner plan can receive replies and collect photo and video guestbook uploads from guests.
Is this the same as the wedding planner partnership program?
No. The planner subscription is the product you use to text guests across your own weddings. The partnership program is a separate referral arrangement for planners who want to send couples to Text My Wedding instead.
