Text My Wedding + Zola
Import your Zola guest list and text every household
Export your full guest list from Zola and upload it here. Parties become households with one RSVP link each, so you can text your Zola site, fill in missing addresses, and remind only the households you're waiting on.
This is a spreadsheet import, not a connected account. Your Zola site, registry and RSVPs stay on Zola, and the two lists don't sync on their own.
How to move your guest list from Zola

Export it from Zola
On a computer, open your Guest List, click the dots in the top-right corner, and export the full list as CSV or Excel. Zola's app can't export.

Upload the file
In Text My Wedding, upload the file. If it has more than one worksheet, pick the one that lists your guests.

Check the matched columns
Confirm names, phone, email and address, and set the party column as Household. If Zola gives you one combined name column, map it to first name.

Send your first text
Text your Zola site link, an RSVP link for each household, or an address form to guests who haven't given you theirs.

Zola questions couples ask
How do I export my guest list from Zola?
On a computer, open your Guest List in Zola, click the dots in the top-right corner, and choose a format. Zola's app doesn't offer the export. Then upload the file in Text My Wedding under Guests → Import from spreadsheet.
Is this an official Zola integration?
No. Text My Wedding works with Zola through the spreadsheet you export. Nothing connects to your Zola account, and your Zola site keeps working as it does now.
Zola already messages guests. Why add Text My Wedding?
If texting is how your guests actually read things, Text My Wedding is built around it: scheduled texts to any group, per-guest link opens, RSVP links for each household, and a shared inbox for replies on Plus and up.
What if the export has one name column?
Map it to first name on the mapping screen. Names you use in texts work best split, so fix the rows in the spreadsheet or edit guests after the import.
Do my Zola RSVPs come across?
No. Text My Wedding keeps its own RSVP forms with one link per household. Mark guests who already answered on Zola by hand, or text RSVP links only to the households you're waiting on.
Can I import again after my list changes?
Yes. A row whose phone number already belongs to a guest isn't duplicated, and guests without phones are matched by name within their household. Re-importing adds new guests but doesn't overwrite names or addresses you've already edited.
