Shuttle texts are the ones guests act on immediately, so make them exact.
- Make one group per pickup location if guests are spread across hotels.
- Add a Google Map Link to the exact pickup spot, not just the hotel's name.
- Schedule a reminder 20 to 30 minutes before each departure, and one for the last ride home.
- Put parking, rideshare drop-off, and the venue address on one Attachment Page for guests who drive.
- On Plus and up, replies like “running five minutes late!” show up in your inbox, and you can turn on an email for each one.

Frequently asked questions
Can I text only the guests taking the shuttle?
Yes. Make a Shuttle riders group, or one per hotel, and choose it under Send to. Guests who aren't in the group don't get the text.
Can I include a map to the pickup spot?
Yes. Add a Google Map Link from More message tools. Guests tap it and their maps app opens on the pickup location.
What if the shuttle is running late?
Send the group a quick update right away. If you'd scheduled a reminder that's now wrong, edit its time or delete it from your Scheduled messages.
Can guests text back with questions?
Yes. Replies go privately to your wedding's number, never to the other riders. On Plus and up you can read and answer them in the app, and get an email when one arrives.
Do guests need to download an app?
No. Guests get a normal text message from your event's number. Links open in their phone's browser, with no account or password.
What do guests see the first time you text them?
Just before your first message, each guest gets a one-time notice that they'll receive texts for your wedding, with HELP and STOP instructions. Your message follows right after.
How much does it cost?
Each text to each guest uses one message from your plan, and replies from guests are free. Plans are one-time purchases starting at $19 for 50 messages, and every account starts free.
