Handling the replies
Private replies are the point. Here's where they go.
- Replies go to your wedding's number, not to other guests and not to your personal phone.
- On Plus and up, read and answer them in Inbox → Replies. On other plans they're saved for when you upgrade.
- Turn on reply emails in Settings so you hear back without opening the app.
- Answer one guest from Direct messages. Each reply you send uses one message; texts from guests are free.

Can guests see each other's replies or phone numbers?
No. Every guest gets a separate one-to-one text from your wedding's number. There's no group thread, so nobody sees who else got it or what anyone replied.
Where do guest replies go?
To your wedding's number. On Plus and up you read and answer them in the app's inbox, with an optional email for each new reply. On other plans replies are saved until you upgrade.
Can I reply to one guest privately?
Yes. Open Direct messages, pick the guest, and send. It's a one-to-one text from the same number and uses one message.
What if a guest replies STOP?
They're opted out and skipped on every future send. If they change their mind, they can text START to opt back in.
Do guests need to download an app?
No. Guests get a normal text message from your event's number. Links open in their phone's browser, with no account or password.
What do guests see the first time you text them?
Just before your first message, each guest gets a one-time notice that they'll receive texts for your wedding, with HELP and STOP instructions. Your message follows right after.
How much does it cost?
Each text to each guest uses one message from your plan, and replies from guests are free. Plans are one-time purchases starting at $19 for 50 messages, and every account starts free.
