How to turn your timeline into texts
A schedule text works best as a few short sends, not one wall of times.
- Send one full schedule the morning of, then a short reminder 15 to 30 minutes before each moment guests need to move.
- Make a Wedding party group so call times and photo lists go only to them.
- Texts are capped at 400 characters. Put the long version on an Attachment Page and link it.
- Set your event's timezone before you schedule anything. Changing it later doesn't move texts already scheduled.

Can I schedule day-of texts in advance?
Yes. Choose Schedule for later, pick the date and time, and each text goes out in your event's timezone. You can see, edit, or cancel every one under Scheduled.
Can I turn my wedding timeline into texts automatically?
Build your day in our free wedding timeline generator and mark the moments guests should hear about. When you sign up, each one becomes a draft reminder set for 15 minutes before that moment. Nothing sends until you review and schedule it.
What if the timing changes on the day?
Open the scheduled text and edit its time or wording, or delete it. For a real change, send everyone a quick update right away.
Can I send a different schedule to the wedding party?
Yes. Put the wedding party in their own group and schedule their call times, hair and makeup, and photos just for them.
Do guests need to download an app?
No. Guests get a normal text message from your event's number. Links open in their phone's browser, with no account or password.
What do guests see the first time you text them?
Just before your first message, each guest gets a one-time notice that they'll receive texts for your wedding, with HELP and STOP instructions. Your message follows right after.
How much does it cost?
Each text to each guest uses one message from your plan, and replies from guests are free. Plans are one-time purchases starting at $19 for 50 messages, and every account starts free.
