The day of, we were able to Welcome our guests, let guests know to pickup welcome bags at the hotel, when to be on the dance floor for special events or when the party buses were leaving. We also used it for brunch the next day and to say Thank you for coming and to check out the pics! If you think you don't need it, think again.
