Export from Zola
Zola currently requires a desktop computer for spreadsheet export. Open Guest List, use the menu in the top-right corner, and export the full list in CSV or Excel format. See Zola’s official export instructions for the current controls.
Import into Text My Wedding
- Open Guests → Import CSV.
- Upload the Zola export.
- Select the guest-list worksheet, if prompted.
- Map first and last names when separate. If Zola provides one combined name, map it to first name and correct the preview or source file as needed.
- Map phone, email, address, and party or household fields.
- Add or map a comma-separated Groups column when you want texting audiences such as Wedding party or Shuttle riders.
- Review and complete the import.
Each person should occupy one row. Give everyone sharing an invitation the same household value so they appear together on one RSVP link.
