Export from WedSites
In WedSites, go to Guests and choose Download to export all guests as CSV. WedSites also supports exporting selected or filtered guests. See WedSites’ official export guide for the current options.
Import into Text My Wedding
- Open Guests → Import CSV.
- Upload the WedSites CSV.
- Map first name, last name, phone, email, address, household, group, and plus-one fields that appear in the file.
- Keep WedSites’ household value mapped so people sharing an invitation stay together.
- Review possible duplicates and the household preview, then complete the import.
WedSites exports many planning-only columns. Leave meal, stationery, seating, gift, and other unrelated columns unmapped unless you intentionally want one as a Text My Wedding group. A missing phone does not block household or RSVP membership, but that person cannot receive texts.
