The planner subscription is for wedding planners and coordinators who send guest texts for many couples. Instead of buying a plan for each wedding, you subscribe once a year and share one pool of texts across all of your events.
What it includes
- $299 per year. Only annual billing is available.
- 5,000 texts included each year, held in one planner pool.
- Unlimited active events.
- Every event can receive replies and collect photo and video guestbook uploads.
- More texts any time: $30 for each additional 1,000, added to the same pool.
Messages expire if the annual subscription is not extended.
Allocate texts to each wedding
Choose Billing in the planner portal. Each wedding is listed with the texts allotted to it, used, and remaining. Choose Adjust on a wedding to change its allotment.
Give a large wedding a large allotment and a small one a small allotment. When a wedding finishes with texts left over, lower its allotment to move the unused texts back to the planner pool, then allot them to another event.
Planner subscription or a wedding plan?
A wedding plan is a one-time purchase for one couple's event. It cannot be reused for another couple or event. The planner subscription is built for that: one subscription covers every wedding on your books.
